No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges Policy (Effective from 1/1/25)

  1. Final Sale
    All merchandise sold by 99 Bends Trackside Singapore Pte Ltd (“the Company”) is non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Once payment has been made and the transaction completed, the sale is final. Customers are deemed to have accepted the goods in their existing condition at the point of purchase.

  2. Customer Responsibility
    It is the sole responsibility of the customer to carefully inspect all merchandise prior to purchase. By proceeding with payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

    • They have had the opportunity to check the item(s) for accuracy, quality, size, and condition.

    • They are satisfied that the goods meet their requirements.

    • Any subsequent claims of dissatisfaction, damage, or incorrect selection will not be entertained.

  3. Damaged or Unsellable Goods

    • Items that are damaged, defective, altered, or otherwise deemed unsellable at the point of sale are still considered sold “as-is.”

    • The Company is under no obligation to replace, repair, refund, or accept returns for such goods.

    • Promotional, discounted, or clearance items are included in this “as-is” condition and are strictly final sale.

  4. Pricing, Taxes, and Service Charges

    • All prices displayed are nett, with no Goods and Services Tax (GST) applicable, as the Company is not GST-registered under the Goods and Services Tax Act 1993 (Cap. 117A).

    • The Company does not levy any service charges.

  5. Right to Refuse Sale or Service
    The Company reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to refuse sale or provision of services to any individual who:

    • Behaves in a rude, abusive, aggressive, or disruptive manner;

    • Harasses, threatens, or disrespects staff or other customers; or

    • Otherwise acts in a way that compromises the Company’s safe and respectful business environment.

  6. Legal Basis
    This policy is consistent with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 (“CPFTA”) and principles under the Sale of Goods Act (Cap. 393), which recognise that:

    • Where a business has clearly communicated its “No Return / No Refund / No Exchange” policy prior to sale, such terms are valid and binding.

    • The buyer bears the responsibility for ensuring that goods meet their needs before completing the purchase.

    • Businesses are entitled to refuse service where conduct undermines lawful operations or safety.

  7. Exceptions
    The only exceptions to this policy are those expressly required by Singapore law, such as goods proven to be counterfeit, unsafe, or in breach of statutory product safety regulations. In such instances, the Company’s liability will be limited strictly to the remedies mandated by law.
