No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges Policy

1. Final Sale – Goods & Services

All merchandise, tickets, rentals, and services sold by 99 Bends Trackside Singapore Pte Ltd (“the Company”) are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Once payment has been made and the transaction completed, the sale is final. This applies equally to physical products, event tickets, simulator sessions, food & beverage items, and any other service or experience offered by the Company.

Customers are deemed to have accepted the goods and/or services in their existing condition at the point of purchase or booking.


2. Customer Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to:

  • Inspect all merchandise before purchase.

  • Verify booking details, timeslots, and entitlements prior to confirming payment.

  • Ensure that they are physically able and meet all requirements (e.g. minimum age, health, safety, or dress code) before participating in simulator sessions or events.

By completing payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are satisfied with the goods/services purchased, and any subsequent claims of dissatisfaction, change of mind, or incorrect selection will not be entertained.


3. Damaged, Used, or Unsellable Goods

  • Any item that is damaged, defective, or altered at the point of sale is still considered sold “as-is.”

  • Once items leave the Company’s premises, they are deemed accepted in good order.

  • For hygiene and operational reasons, merchandise that has been worn, used, or consumed cannot be returned under any circumstances.

  • Promotional, discounted, or clearance items are included in this “as-is” condition and are strictly final sale.


4. Services, Rentals & Event Bookings

  • All simulator rentals, event tickets, and service bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once confirmed.

  • Late arrivals, no-shows, or failure to meet participation requirements (e.g. inappropriate conduct, intoxication, unsafe behaviour) will result in forfeiture of the booking with no refund or credit issued.

  • The Company reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel services/events due to safety, technical, or operational reasons. In such cases, remedies will be limited strictly to rescheduling or credits at the Company’s discretion, unless otherwise required by law.


5. Pricing, Taxes, and Service Charges

  • All prices are nett.

  • No Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable, as the Company is not GST-registered under the Goods and Services Tax Act 1993 (Cap. 117A).

  • The Company does not levy any service charges.


6. Right to Refuse Sale or Service

The Company reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to refuse sale, entry, or provision of services to any individual who:

  • Behaves in a rude, abusive, aggressive, or disruptive manner;

  • Harasses, threatens, or disrespects staff or other customers;

  • Is intoxicated, unsafe, or otherwise unfit to participate; or

  • Acts in a way that compromises the Company’s safe and respectful business environment.

No refunds or credits will be issued in such circumstances.


7. Legal Basis

This policy is consistent with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 (“CPFTA”) and principles under the Sale of Goods Act (Cap. 393), which recognise that:

  • Where a business has clearly communicated its “No Return / No Refund / No Exchange” policy prior to sale, such terms are valid and binding.

  • The buyer bears the responsibility for ensuring that goods and services meet their needs before completing the purchase.

  • Businesses are entitled to refuse service where conduct undermines lawful operations, safety, or the rights of other customers.


8. Exceptions

The only exceptions to this policy are those expressly required by Singapore law, such as:

  • Goods proven to be counterfeit or unsafe under statutory product safety regulations; or

  • Services provided in breach of statutory safety requirements.

In such instances, the Company’s liability will be limited strictly to the remedies mandated by law.
